Far too often we are involved in lack-luster or failed digital transformation initiatives. In this session, we’ll discuss what happens when companies attempt large-scape digital transformations that focus primarily on digital aspects of the initiatives instead of the transformational aspects that largely involve people and their behaviors. People are what will persist and adapt across multiple waves of disruptions and if empowered will reinforce a company culture built on a foundation of people-focused purpose, agile approaches, and scalability.
