Thomas Debass

Thomas Debass serves as Managing Director of the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Partnerships. Prior to joining the State Department, he was Lead Economist with the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and Senior Technical Advisor at the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). He regularly gives lectures and talks about the intersection of foreign policy, business, and society.
