As General Manager for Digital User Engagement at Amazon Web Services, Simon combines his experience from roles in Product, Engineering, and Marketing to build technology that helps companies create strong, lasting relationships with their own customers. Since joining Amazon, Simon has built 5 global AWS services, including Amazon Pinpoint and Amazon API Gateway, and oversaw the Kindle Bookstore, where he helped delight authors and readers around the world.
