Robert Bochnak is the Director of Social Media for the Harvard Business School's Office of External Relations. In this role, he manages social media channels-Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram-for the office and since January 2013 he has helped the school generate more than 80,000 individual alumni interactions via Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
