Leah is a storyteller, who translates complex ideas into concise communications that inspire readers. She has a broad background in communications – starting out in an agency, then spent about 10 years in retail at Target Corporation holding a variety of positions in PR, executive communications and internal marketing. In addition, she had short stint in healthcare marketing, PR and communications for a local hospital. Realizing her love for retail, Leah landed at Sleep Number and currently leads the company’s communications. She believes team members are powerful advocates for their brand, and therefore seeks to create stories internally and externally.
