Keith Frankel is a Boston-based tech entrepreneur and community builder. He was the Creative Director at HubSpot until its IPO in 2014, and then the Chief Product Officer at Firecracker, an ed-tech startup which was acquired in 2018. He's now the CEO of Parlor, which recently closed a round of funding led by Bain Capital Ventures. Parlor is an all-in-one Discovery platform designed to help product teams validate the impact of all the
features they're thinking about building – before they write a single line of code. It does this by enabling product teams to deeply and proactively engage their most valuable users in their ongoing product development
process.
