
Jo White, Ph.D., is an accomplished global UX researcher, strategist and business leader with 15+ years’ experience driving market growth, brand awareness and product management for startups and corporations in technical spaces.
Jo was appointed founding editor of a magazine at Australia’s largest publisher at the age of 23, and is one of only a few women entrepreneurs who have graduated from the Founder Institute in Silicon Valley. Throughout her career she has consistently created environments for innovation with an entrepreneurial mindset. In her current role, Jo leads the research initiatives across six software and data product areas for Willis Towers Watson, an international business and actuarial consulting company. As a researcher and entrepreneur at heart, Jo seeks ways to enable improvements in every circumstance and environment through contextual discovery and insight.
