Betsy Grider, Managing Director of Technology Development at NASCAR, leads NASCAR’s Strategy, Business Planning and Technology Development teams. Betsy works with the leadership team to set organizational strategic priorities, manages critical industry wide strategic projects, and counsels senior leadership on strategic issues. She has a passion for collaborative planning, change management, and entrepreneurial endeavors. Betsy’s career in sports began when she served at the Sports Photography Editor for the student newspaper during her time at Duke University. She most recently worked in Marketing for the Chicago White Sox before joining NASCAR in 2008.
