Bermon has spent the past 20 years focused on product strategy, design, and web development. He currently works with EY Digital where he leads innovation and strategy for EY’s wavespace™ in Charlotte, NC. The
wavespace is a physical innovation space equipped with accelerator programs, co-creation activities, and facilitated design thinking sessions to help teams get in the mindset of approaching challenging problems
differently, reinforcing the value of diverse thinking, and creating solutions through rapid prototyping. Before joining EY, Bermon led various cross-discipline teams that crafted holistic product experiences from
strategy to implementation.
