Mr. Paine began his career at Night Agency, a boutique, digital ad agency. During his tenure at Night , Aaron developed and executed engagement and social strategies for clients like Hanes, Keds, Purex, Shiseido, Lego and Champion, among others. After a short stint at Crumbs Bake Shop where he increased their Facebook and Twitter fan bases by 40%, Mr. Paine became the Director of Digital and Social Strategy for Hiccup Media (formerly UMarketing). From Hiccup, Aaron went on to to lead digital and social strategy at C&A Global/Polaroid where he grew sales by 180% through the use of influencer programs and a highly optimized media strategy.
