The term “big data” has become platitudinous over time and ubiquitous in the eyes of many. Yet, the question remains: How can we collect and analyze the overwhelming wide breadth of data and information at our fingertips to actually put it into action? This session will focus on the benefits of tapping into publicly available information (PAI) in order to achieve a more well-rounded understanding of customer trends, sentiment and product quality as well as how to protect a brand’s image and properly allocate resources.
