Refund Policy

Passes are refundable up until May 24, 2023. You can transfer your pass to another person and/or event at any time up until Day 1 of the event. After that date passes are non-transferrable. “No-shows” are not eligible for partial or full credit post-event. Please reach out to [email protected] or call 919-529-5373 if you have any questions.

Special Requests/assistance

If you require special assistance (dietary requests, nursing moms, accessibility, allergies, etc.), please contact [email protected] to provide advance notice by May 24, 2023. Requests made after this date may not be accommodated.

What to wear

You’ll find a range of attire at the conference but generally most attendees are in business casual. Temperatures in conference halls may fluctuate widely. It’s advised to dress in layers and wear comfortable shoes.

Directions

From Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL)

  • Take I-85 North to exit #87 (Georgia 400), to Exit #2 (Lenox Road)
  • Turn right and follow Lenox Road Signs, cross Peachtree Road
  • The Hotel is 1.5 blocks on the left

From Dekalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK)

  • Going south on Clairmont Road NE toward 9th Street, turn right at Dresden Drive NE, turn left at Peachtree Road NE, turn left at Lenox Road NE
  • The hotel is on the left side

Public parking is available on site (reservation is not possible) and costs US$38 per day.

You’ve arrived at Digital Summit! Now what?

Registration

Registration kicks off at 8:30am. No need to print anything ahead of time! Just stop by our self-serve kiosk on site and print your badge instantly. Once at the kiosk, search for your name or talk with our team to assist with your badge print.

Coffee, Water, Concessions

Coffee is available at any time in our sponsor area. Grab a cup of coffee and get to networking!
